Tomorrow Holding

Commercialization arm for patented and proven transformational separation technology

About

About

Tomorrow Holding LLC, through its established wholly-owned subsidiaries, Visionary Fiber Technologies, Inc. and Chemtor LP, (together the “Company”) as well as TOPS LLC, a Joint Venture (the “JV”), are collectively advancing the commercialization and application of its patented technology in numerous industries.

The Company owns a broad global patent portfolio surrounding a proven industrial separation process where the technology has broad uses and applications for both mature and emerging industries. Examples of mature industries include purifying vegetable oils as well as conversion to biodiesel.

The Company’s technology leverages the physics of dual phase chemistry to reduce energy consumption, increase yields, and improve purity of the finished products. The technology enables reaction chemistry to occur in a continuous liquid-liquid extraction & separation environment, thereby saving manufacturing steps along with related high operating costs, reducing the industrial footprint required while maximizing production yields and thus improving customers’ bottom lines.

Overview

The Fiber Reactor ("FR") process is an ultra-efficient non-dispersive chemical processing reaction where one reactive component is contained in immiscible stream (fibers) and is brought into contact to effect chemical reactions and separations without requiring mechanical dispersion as most existing processing technology requires.

The FR contains fibers onto which one stream is substantially constrained and a second stream is flowed over to continuously create a new interface between the two chemicals to efficiently bring about contact and thus promote reactions or extractions.

The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Chemtor LP, has numerous granted and pending patents in key markets around the globe. The existing patents have varied expiration dates providing meaningful runway of protection; while the Company has already filed for several additional improvement patents to extend the runway of protection as well as to identify additional applications for the use of its technology.
